Delfryn Design was founded in March 2004. “Formerly Principal Trading Standards Officer for Flintshire County Council I had responsibility for the department’s information technology systems and maintaining its web site. I created the Cilcain Today web site in November 2003 and started my own small business a few months later. Since then I have built a wide variety of sites and happily, client testimonials speak for themselves.” Phil Parsons.
